The irony of having two big play guys but almost no offense

For years the Cats have either had zero or at most one player on offense who was a big play threat. This year, Hull and Robinson are both capable of making true explosion plays, but the bread and butter stuff: possession passes, power running between the tackles, has been almost non-existent. I really think losing Porter before the season started fundamentally changed the prospects for the offense, and things have snowballed since.

NU is abysmal at recovering for the loss of one single player. "The sky is falling." Syndrome.

Porter cannot change our horrible offensive line or manifest a competent qb into existence for us
