The Clash. Swigging Appleton Rum with Paul Simonon in Manchester, England October 1981 is one of the highlights of my life! That's one of the stories I will tell my great-grand nieces and nephews when I'm a really elderly uncle. Of course, they would look at me dumbfounded, but I will always smile at that memory.

I left Biggie off because he only had two albums of original material to go on. I could swap out LL for Eminem easily.

It's the same reason I can't put Nirvana on a pedestal. Two good albums, a thrown together EP, a sweet live record that was 1/3 covers and a ****** debut called Bleach.

It's almost like ll is more hip hoP than rap. Those other guys are straight out of the gutter. It doesn't define ll but his music is differnt than that of the guys you named
