lets try for a week or at least a day to find what we find common ground in....gotta be some
Ok. Can we at least agree that Biden is unfit to be President, and what has happened in less than a year under him has been nothing short of a f n **** show??

This ain't a donkey or elephant thing. It's a common sense thing. We can't move forward if we can't start here.

Confidence among independents has dropped 24pt in the last 3 months...his approval is in the 30's on many issues. Outside of the most avid and partisan liberal, i would hope that the blue democrats or more moderate ones could at least acknowledge there are major problems from his lack of leadership and the decisions made so far...if not, there is little hope we "come together" as a country because the evidence speaks for itself...no matter what the media spin tries to tell us.

He has a 90% approval rating among democrats. Lol.

90% for democrats, 37% for independents and 6% for republicans. So much for bringing us all together.

Joe Biden is exactly who they told us Trump was going to be. It's a very sad state of affairs for our country and more importantly our citizens.

@Dattier are you still laughing at me for saying that this is the least transparent administration?

Rent-free!!1! 🤣 🤣 🤣

Least transparent OF ALL TIME?!? Yes. Yes, I am still laughing at you. I saw an awkward and abrupt dismissal of the press without any questions. Weird. I'd have to have the predetermined stance that everything they do is wrong and suspicious to read all of that into it.

Rent free? Wut?

Your comment is cowardice. This isn't just one awkward and abrupt dismissal of the press. This is another of a long line of events where the press has been ushered away without asking any questions. How many times has this dementia riddled, inept president turned his back on reporters? How many lies does he have to tell before your ilk start a lie tracker and hold him accountable? If you can name another president that has only taken scripted questions from predetermined reporters while giving scripted answers in the only handful of times he has taken questions, go ahead.

Another example of how screwed we are as a country. Someone without the slightest ability to acknowledge how bad their political side is, like you, is responsible for influencing our youth. You people are sick.

This is textbook democrat here. Spread falsehoods and fear in regard to common sense voting laws playing the race card. Have stricter voting laws in their own states (looking at Biden) and have a hard time commenting on it when it gets brought up to them. Just laugh and move on. Sick people.

Yes. The youth that you fail with your garbage ideology and terrible leadership qualities. I imagine you're only half the disgrace on here as you are in real life.
To be clear, THE youth have nothing to do with you. You have no skin in any game. You’re an armchair quarterback.

Source? I guess if I spent so much of my life being a pathetic loser, defending a **** party, I'd probably ignore the content of my opposition and go all in on trivial **** too.
Trivial things like taking a moment out of context so it's not as obvious that Senator Cruz ambushed Senator Rosenthal with a cherry-picked stat that was irrelevant, couldn't be predicted, and couldn't be verified on the spot? When you're too scared to have honest discussions, any "source" that confirms what you already want to be true will do.

I don't defend the Democratic Party except from zealots like you.

You send the occasional kid to jail. That's all you got, and that's all you think of the youth today.
No, datt. My job is to help stop people from going to jail. But with how the democrats have framed society over the past several decades and how liberal nut jobs like you guide kids today, it is an increasingly difficult task.

It wasn't out of context. Did you verify it was false? I would assume that Cruz actually looked at the statistics. But why is it irrelevant to call senators out for ******** fear mongering and liee?

Typical liberal attitude from dattier: coddle, make excuses, let criminals do what they want. Lest anyone think this is hyperbole take a gander at what is happening in our large cities

If it makes it less likely that my loved ones are mugged or assaulted then I’m in favor of them going to jail. As an educator you should be aware that most kids aren’t in the system for stealing a snickers at the 711. It’s mostly hard core sh— for which adults would get 5 to 10.

And it's obvious you suck at your job, seeing as you spend all your time here and clearly hate people, in general. But pass the buck. It's okay. Teachers deal with the things you're too weak to care about.

An Army Colonel I spoke with recently shrugged her shoulders about it, saying they tell you what to do with your body all the time anyway. They basically own your body.
But go ahead and be a snowflake about the Commander-in-Chief issuing an order.
For you to call someone a snowflake is like our present "Commander in Chief" complaining about someone's mental state. You are doing a fine job trolling today.

You don't think there should at least be exemptions for those who have natural immunity?

All of my time here? As if here is an actual place. You're coming off pretty desperate. People that I deal with have been failed by two key entities. First, their home then the education system. My job would be much less necessary if people in your field were better at their jobs. Thankfully for me, though my supervisors are pretty liberal, the people who appreciate the job I do aren't raging lunatics like you who think that their values are the only values that matter. Then again, who am I to accuse you of having values?

I own my ish. I just called you out for snowflake-like behavior because you are exhibiting snowflake-like behavior, and I explained exactly what that was. You're throwing out that label with no explanation or attempt at applying it, basically because I accurately called you on it. You just tried to play the "I am rubber, you are glue" card. Sad.

My middle kid is a senior this year. 2 of her 4 classes this semester don't have teachers. It has been that was throughout high school for her. We have a growing teacher shortage across NC. NC ranks dead last -- 52nd place, behind DC and Puerto Rico, too -- among states to work in based on wages and worker rights. But big tough guy that you are, you want to blame liberal teachers instead of the GA you helped vote in.

Maybe. Tell me more about that, please.

Here's an excerpt from the Washington Post:

It’s okay to have an incorrect scientific hypothesis. But when new data proves it wrong, you have to adapt. Unfortunately, many elected leaders and public health officials have held on far too long to the hypothesis that natural immunity offers unreliable protection against covid-19 — a contention that is being rapidly debunked by science.

More than 15 studies have demonstrated the power of immunity acquired by previously having the virus. A 700,000-person study from Israel two weeks ago found that those who had experienced prior infections were 27 times less likely to get a second symptomatic covid infection than those who were vaccinated. This affirmed a June Cleveland Clinic study of health-care workers (who are often exposed to the virus), in which none who had previously tested positive for the coronavirus got reinfected. The study authors concluded that “individuals who have had SARS-CoV-2 infection are unlikely to benefit from covid-19 vaccination.” And in May, a Washington University study found that even a mild covid infection resulted in long-lasting immunity.

Wrong, Again. If you saw my initial post, I said if true, he’s a pathetic pos. Which is more than fair. It’s spot on. Matter of fact, whether he said this about the military or not, he’s still a pathetic pos.

You Datt, are merely trolling. It’s what you do pretty darn well. You have succeeded many times detailing topics.

It won’t be your last time either.
