Glad to see you guys are now paying a little bit of attention. Unlike you liberals, we hope the truth comes out, and whoever is behind the leak needs to be held accountable.
Correct. It was a f up no doubt.
The Left allowed millions of unvetted illegals to come in, many on the Terror Watch list or members of violent drug cartels, and now they’re lecturing the rest of us on national security.
Sad but predictable.

Wait. Do y'all want the truth to come out, or do you want to obfuscate by pointing fingers at what happened in the past and deflect with whataboutisms?

Unfortunately, it’s not “in the past”. The threats let in by Biden and Cackles’ clueless incompetence still walk amongst us, still dealing fentanyl, still raping Americans. Still plotting and scheming terror attacks.
We want the truth to come out, but since we’re not personally involved in the investigation, we don’t have to twiddle our thumbs in the meantime We can point out the blatant hypocrisy on the Left. We’d be derelict if we didn’t.
Just because Trump won the election, doesn’t mean the American public has to forget the myriad dangers this nation was subjected to the past four years.
Not getting off the hook that easy

That's a lot of words to say you prefer nostalgic catastrophe porn to saying anything against Dear Leader.

I’d dare say that in the first two months of Trump’s term, we’ve already expressed more misgivings about our current Pres than you did in four years of our previous Pres.
If you’re half as smart as you claim to be, you no doubt had serious concerns about open borders and a cognitively declining Pres. Alas, they never seemed to make it from your brain to this message board. You were too busy playing footsie with the pro Pally movement and calling the rest of us the same old names over and over.
If only you’d taken half that time to educate yourself on movements you support, you wouldn’t be guilty of behavior you’ll one day be ashamed of.

I didn’t think Hegseth or Gabbard were good appointments. I’m pretty sure I expressed that on this board. I’m positive I posted my concerns about tariffs being inflationary but hoped the boon to domestic manufacturing would offset any price hikes on imports.
No one’s denying the security leak this week was a f up. Just a few examples.

I thought I was pretty clear about what I said. Whoever is behind this needs to be held accountable. I'm not making excuses, this should never have happened.
I don't remember you being critical at all the last 4 years though. And believe me, it was 4 years of disaster. But when you did show up, it was to make excuses for what was going on.

it happens when another white person tells another white person they act black/sound black and vice versa
I should’ve clarified. Imagine what the fallout would’ve been if a white US Representative said that another white US Representative was “acting black” on a nationally syndicated radio show.

skin folk aint kin folk is a very common AA saying, which basically means trust......but life was better under Jim Crow for AA said by BD?
Life was definitely better for black people under Jim Crow. Look at where the black community was then compared to now. Democrats started to destroy the black community in the 60s and it never recovered.

Your favorite movie is “Song of the South,” isn’t it? You think Samuel L Jackson’s character in “Django Unchained” is an inspiration for employees who wanna pull themselves up by their bootstraps, don’t you?

Patrick Moynihan tried to warn people in the govt about welfare’s impact on the Black nuclear family , but no one wanted to hear it.

You mean if you’re Black you can’t trust all Black people?
So as a white man I can’t trust all other white men and women?
If I’d known that earlier in life, I could have been spared a world of hurt

The only thing I haven’t been able to figure is if it was done on purpose or not. I mean, they were going door to door to black people pushing the welfare system. Diabolical stuff.

Some probably thought they were helping, some wanted to make Blacks a permanent voting block

From what I understand. Someone, sounds like Waltz, had a severe lapse in judgment and competence and should probably resign. That said, though it represents an embarrassing level of incompetence, it was nowhere near the risk to national security that the left and the MSM is making it out to be. Thankfully.

thanks...and glad it didnt turn bad, but it did have the possibility, did it not?, by being transmitted the way it was and not through the normal protocols and channels?

I'm not real sure. Common sense would say that the defense department should probably not use an app to communicate. So in that regard, it seems like it could have been worse. But with this specific event, it seems like had they not been so dumb and careless by adding a reporter to the conversation, there would have never been anything said about it. It doesn't look like there was any specifics of time, names, targets or any other sensitive information that would have put our interests or missions at risk. You just hope this was an isolated case and they're smarter about this stuff going forward.

I want to know the truth, wherever it falls. No idea where you got the idea I'm blaming the journalist. I don't know the facts. I've heard a story that the journalist got added to the group. If true, whoever added him needs to be held accountable. Please read that again if you need to.

And spare me the "you want the truth" spill. None of you were interested in it over the last 4.5 years.

the journalist is the one who leaked it....so is it who added the journalist, def a mistake or is it the messaging of the information on the app?
