Trump is throwing a fit because of these dirty politicians. Trump has done a good job, in spite of almost everyone up there, and the elitists abroad, working against him.
It’s that simple. But, then again, with the media we have, no it’s not.

Trump’s a loser and so are his supporters.

UBI during a year with a pandemic, where we shut down over half the economy would've been better than what we got which is one check and a bunch of bailouts for the rich and corporate America. If wanting people to be able to pay their bills, stay in their homes, and put food on their table makes me a socialist then I guess call a spade a spade. Trump is throwing a fit because he is mad his ******** fraud claims aren't getting him anywhere. He has no real intention of helping anyone unless it helps him. How Trumpers fail to see this is truly astounding. I have friends who live all over the world and they're universally shocked to see how the American government has failed it's people. Very few in congress actually give a **** and Trunp clearly doesn't care. Simply pointing out the flawed logic of Trump supporters isn't hurting my case, it does hurt yours though.
I am not sure who you are talking to, what point you are trying to make, what spade you're calling a spade or what case is being hurt or not hurt.

You really can be tiring. If Kwanzaa became a holiday when she was two, and her family either started celebrating it immediately or even waited a few years, then she was certainly celebrating it as a child.
There's no one like you. You protect your party at all costs, no matter what. If you were in the military, you'd be promoted for your loyalty. But this ain't the military Ol Queen. This is civilian life, led by a bunch of crooks and cheats.
And to shock you even more? many, many from the party you worship.

The fact that I point out the absurdity of your posts hardly means that I protect my party at all costs. The meme you posted was absolutely ridiculous. If you don't want me disagreeing with you , stop posting nonsense.
Quite frankly, the guy who keeps saying that Trump was been hamstrung by the liberal media and has done more for this country than other recent presidents probably should not be throwing stones about blind loyalty. I might be tempted to take a stone and throw it back at your glass house.

0.0% of wages huh? I personally know people who made more money with the $600 on top of their regular unemployment than they did with their jobs. With that blatant lie in your Facebook meme, I won't even bother "fact checking" the other claims in it.

We can agree that people need to be compensated for their losses better than they have been due to the circumstances. But yeah, that's another dumbass meme that hurts your case.

I don't see how it's a dumbass meme when the essential workers are out here getting nothing in return for working during a pandemic. That $1200 one time stimulus check did little to help the people I know, (those who actually got one). But don't worry folks, $600 is coming your way! This gov't is useless. Of course, there was subsidized wages for the unemployed. Although it's been a fight tooth and nail to keep that going by people like Sanders and his ilk, and they have continually fought to keep them from lapsing during this crisis. Most of the folks I know living off of that are barely skating by. The government's response to all of this has been a joke. For those reasons alone I have no problem posting that "dumbass meme".

Throw all you want. You obviously struggle to read. I’m not into which party is better anymore. I used to think one was superior, but they both suck. You refuse to, only dig your heels in deeper. It’s sad, as I’ve said before. Trump has shown both parties are corrupt. We needed to know this.

You choose to not want to know. There’s no help for your thinking.

We're talking about different things here and bouncing back and forth. I agree with a lot of your opinions regarding the shittiness of our government and this latest disgrace of a relief bill. But that meme didn't say anything about essential workers getting anything. It was about subsidizing lost income the best I could tell. And it was not factual at all. Just blatant lies meant to get a rise out of people.

Let me tell you, I have been in and out of the jail and have met hundreds of people who I have no idea where they've been or what their health status is throughout this whole pandemic. My hazard pay to date is a grand total of $219 before taxes. So trust me, I know how bullshitty it is. Though there have been some folks that have been compensated generously. But I am more concerned about the folks that have missed out on a much larger scale. And the mom and pop restaurants, small business retails, and other people in the service industry that didn't have the abilities to convert to comply. We're not far off on agreement here, it's just that your Facebook memes and their analogies are terrible. But that's your thing, I guess I could just ignore them.

Fine, we can agree to disagree on the way of relaying the message here. I work as a manager for a retail chain. We have been overworked, understaffed, hit with hours pinching requests from our corporate office in a record year with sky high sales increases for the entire company (including our store being one of the biggest sales boosters for the company), and we've received two paltry one time payments of $250 for full-time employees and $150 for part-time employees. Nothing for our salaried managers in the store. It's disgraceful how horribly this has been handled by most companies and our gov't. Not enough stimulus checks or PPP for small business owners, but we have plenty of money for the Pentagon, big business, Wall Street, Israel, etc.

I watched it back in the day. It was decent.

I've been watching the series over again, (for the billionth time), and it's still quite fantastic, once you get past the melodrama of a network TV series in first few seasons. Kiefer Sutherland is amazing in the role of Jack Bauer. The show really doesn't hit it's stride until season three or four though in my opinion. I'd be interested in seeing a return with how much the world has changed in the last 6 years since Bauer's last ride in "Live Another Day". The last try with "24: Legacy" couldn't quite hit the mark without him.

Keeping my thoughts on the game cancellation of the Pitt game to this thread. We have become nothing but a bunch of pu**%#+. We are acting all scared, and letting a virus run our lives. A virus that isn't as deadly as we're being sold. Coaches wearing masks, bench players spread out on the sidelines, while guys bang and hug all over each other on the court. All done with no fans.

This is ridiculous. Anyone who buys into this are as delusional as the ones spreading the fear. This is criminal.

I have to say, I have found the in-game precautions head-scratching. The kids are socially distanced on the bench but then go into the game with no masks w here they are banging on each other as well as breathing hard. But, covid cases are up every day and hospitals are being stretched thin. A friend of mine in Ohio had a sick relative she was visiting and said that the ICU had tripled its beds and was already at capacity. The newspapers were not covering that; apparently they did not want to burst the bubbles of people there who still thought covid was nothing more than a liberal hoax. We should be taking necessary precautions and if that means cancelling games, so be it. At the end of the day, who wins a game is far less important than the health of the people playing it.

That’s odd. I’ve been under the impression the likelihood of people under what, 50? is something like 99.6%, or something like that.
Look, Covid is a virus, and to our elderly or those with health problems, it’s an issue to be extremely careful with. But, college kids, and younger, please, go play this crap somewhere else. You’re buying into the sham, like many are.
Whats it been, 10-11 months, and we still are restricted? GTFOH.

If you are talking about how many people die from this, I don't think that is the right metric. People can get pretty sick and it effects organs. Not to mention, it is not just the kids. There are the coaches, gym staff, referees and, even the kids are allowed to go home, their relatives. We are still restricted in part because plenty of places did not take the virus seriously and in part because, as we were told, there was going to be a second wave in the cold weather, when people moved inside and took their masks off. This is no sham. and the fact that certain people keep refusing to take it seriously has only made it worse.

The COVID-19 (China virus) is more about control than anything else. We’ve been on pretty much some sort of national lockdown for almost a year, and slowly our rights are being taken away. You Covid chest beaters don’t even take into consideration what’s being done mentally to so many. The mental part means very little to people like @durhamgolfer.

We are being asked to keep our kids halfway cooped up, for what? We are being treated like sheep. This is more about compliance than science. It’s way past time that we start living again. Way past time.

Normally I don't get mad at your posts. As I have said it is not worth the emotional energy to get all worked up at comments made on a message board by people whose real names you don't even know. But, if you think for a second that I am unaware of the mental part of being cooped up, you are dead wrong. I am one of those New Yorkers who has a small apartment with an equally small kitchen. There is no nice deck or backyard to sit out on like people in the rest of the country have. I have been told not to come to work since March, which has shrunk my world amazingly. I am also surrounded by people with kids and small business owners who have had to scrape and claw not to go under. Believe me, I am completely aware of the mental part of this as it affects me acutely. Of course, had science deniers like you and the President listened to the epidemiologists and scientists who actually knew what they were talking about, we might have had a national blue print and would have felt like we were all in this together as Americans. But you get butt hurt whenever anyone asks you to do something as minor as wearing a mask. So please don't start telling me what I do and don't know.

Here you go again. Defend your party, while blaming bad Ol Trump. Dig those heels in. You live in NY, which happens to have one of the worst pos for a governor. Close between him and Newsome. But go ahead, blame this on Trump. Ooooh, he should have worn his mask, ooooh, he downplayed the virus.

There’s so much bad info out there on the China virus, a lot intended to put more fear in our lives. We are being trained to believe what our government has sold us. It’s past time we stop. They have killed small businesses, and are doing far more damage to people mentally than the actual damage done by the virus.

But if it makes you feel better, blame Trump. You’re nothing but an over educated hack.

I don't care who you blame. As long as you can justly do so. Saying Trump didn't listen to the experts is a lie.

Wow. I would have thought for a second you might have shown some empathy. Well. I have wasted enough time on this message stream. Happy 2021 and here's hoping you don't get covid yourself.

Yes. Happy New Year and here's to a better 2021. You shouldn't stop posting here just because you can't defend your position, though. In what way did he ignore them? What specifically did the experts recommend that he ignored?

I feel for all of our youth. They are being robbed of precious time. Time they can't ever get back. It is criminal what is being done to them, and our elderly. It's also criminal what's been done to millions of Americans, losing jobs, many permanently. Think I saw where something like 110,000? restaurants have closed down this year.
The notion that because I don't buy 100% into the China Virus that I lack empathy is ridiculous.

The people that lack empathy are our politicians, and the elitists. They've done this to us. These worthless governors ordering shut downs, while they continue to do as they wish.

Get your head out of your *** @durhamgolfer. Just because you drink the kool-aid doesn't mean I will.
