Oh, I made it just fine. I have little faith that repeating it would make any difference with you or @topps coach . It's as if you're afraid that understanding or/and respecting a different point of view renders you incapable of continuing to disagree with it, so you're not open to hearing it and trying to get it even as you ask me to repeat it.

But sure: topps made an absolutist and sweeping statement about ALL people who are here illegally. I mocked it. Generally speaking, absolutism lacks depth and awareness of complexity. (See how even there I qualified it as "generally"?)
There are absolutists on both the extreme left and extreme right, and I have problems with both, though most of my ideals align pretty closely w/ the extreme left. ("most... pretty closely..." -- more examples of avoiding absolutist language, but watch someone reply, naming a specific extreme left position in biased, slanted language, then attempting to make me own it 100% as they framed i
Absolutists see simple explanations and simple solutions to issues they can't or won't recognize as complex. Political discourse is dumber and more divisive because of it.
All people here illegally are breaking the law and are subject to jail time and daily fines that escalate over time. Please explain how anyone here under these circumstances cannot be absolutely wrong. There is nothing complex about this.

Have you heard of the late Philandro Castile's history of citations for various things wrong with his car? Is fining poor people with crappy cars for a broken taillight, an expired inspection sticker, a missing mirror really the ethical thing to do? Is it really as black & white as that to you?

This was a terrible. I mean, terrible situation. But it had nothing to do with the reason for his traffic stop. I feel more for Castile than the officer, but I also feel for the officer.

What does this have to do with illegal immigration..Minor traffic violations as opposed to illegal aliens who potentially could cost Americans hundreds of millions of dollars and who border officials say that at least 20 percent of them are Covid positive. Are you really that stupid

Perhaps you want to dial down the calling people stupid especially when you got your costs wrong. In fact, undocumented immigrants actually contribute to the economy. The ones who work with fake papers have payroll, federal, and state taxes taken out as well as social security and medicare, which they will never claim. It used to be that undocumented immigrants who were self-employed like cleaning ladies and pool cleaners were encouraged to pay taxes as. it would help their chances at getting a green card. They would write the IRS and ask for a tax payer id number and the IRS would give it to them. And, the IRS never notified ICE about the existence of the people they gave TINs to because they felt getting the tax money was worth looking the other way. Also, because undocumented immigrants don't use banks, they contribute to the economy of the area they are in as they buy things like food and clothes with cash.

Then I challenge your assessment.
I stand by my assessment but it is not worth debating as you are too slanted in your views event to attempt to read things for what they are worth. Anyway, I was directing my question to Mac who once again was calling me wrong and stupid. Although you and Mac have the same tone to your emails so maybe you guys are actually one person with two screen names.

For you libs, I’m looking at you @durhamgolfer. Say what you want, but O’Reilly is as fair as there is. Take off your goggles, remove the ear plugs, and watch this 3:50 video.
It’s not what you want to hear, but it’s spot on regardless of your horrible opinions.

This really a question? Did you watch the games? They constantly are grabbing the masks, pulling them down and back up during the game. Not to mention the touching of players…
This is just for show.
Yeah....for show is your opinion...cool....but what you have said says nothing about possible protocols....trashed after that single use....cleaned with uniforms after games.....but if you feel that the masks as a form of barrier us completely useless...okay...and yeah touching and moving to speaks we obviously see but they aren't changing their environments either, they are in that space from start to finish

You can't follow the analogy but want to ask if I'm really that stupid.

Previously, you failed to distinguish people overstayng their visas from other forms of unlawful presence in this country. You went with an absolute stance to deport anyone who could be legally deported. I called you on that.

What? You can literally watch them every single game haha. In practices, in DBP videos. They’re on their face, around their chin, touching them. Like this isn’t even debatable, we’ve got a seasons worth of footage.
True we see all that and those masks are used in that space...we still don't know the protocols...whether they are single use just in that environment...if they are of materials that can be cleaned and they are cleaned along with uniforms and etc....enter Cameron covid negative, new mask, sanitized up, it doesn't matter how many times you touch it....does it?

Shows your ignorance. O’Reilly is an independent. If you don’t admit that, that’s on you.
I know this is asking an awful lot, but don’t stoop to Durhamgolfer’s level. You’re real close to her.
It’s not saying much that between the 2 of you, you’re more rational.

Many illegals are paid in cash with the specific purpose in mind of avoiding taxes and yes getting into the child support system (no he dudnt i did snap!). Yes they buy stuff at the local stores but it costs more to educate their children than they’ll ever pay in sales tax. Many or rather most rent so they pay virtually no property tax to support their local schools. I don’t where you got your information about the IRS but you been duped. Complete and utter nonsense from some bureaucrat trying to get in your good graces

Why would "some bureaucrat" give a **** about getting into my good graces? But no that is not where I got the info. Again, I stand by what I wrote. When the AEDPA was first enacted, state economies took a hit. You can thank those people you don't think pay taxes for their contributions to programs like social security and medicare, which you will and should make use of.

I mean yes, it does. But like you said, maybe it’s protocol at Duke. It defies all logic, but maybe it’s protocol. Whatever, I’m just hopeful there are fans at Cameron.

As far as Duke is concerned, I am pleased they mandated vaccines for all students. I also really like our new AD Nina King, and feel herself, school president Dr. Price and other leaders, trustees(we just added Grant Hill) will make the right decisions on crowd regulations. Obviously NONE OF US want cardboard cutouts again, we want real butts in seats. However I have tremendous faith in our school leaders.

I agree with the general tone of your post and I want a “real season” too. However, as much as I love Grant and he is class personified, he knows no more about Covid than the guy who handed me my Egg McMuffin at Mickey D’S

You gave up on civil discussion and are now coming at me personally.
Everything you accuse us of (racism, slavery, misogyny) is happening every day in Africa and Asia yet I don’t hear much about it on CNN Msnb-hee haw or from you and van de velde Durham. What’s that all about?

Oooooh. Feel that knife, 😂😂😂😂KD, just kidding. However I'll take Grant's intellect over "the guy at Mickey D's." In fact, I will take it over most folks. "Class personified," well-stated about Grant. Grant would bring a great mindfulness of the higher risk of Covid to minorities, which is an important point. OFC

Yes I came at you.You have the right for your beliefs but your beliefs and others in your profession are creating a generation that believes that the are victims who cannot lift themselves out of poverty with hard work and perseverance.I totally disagree with Durham Golfers views but she is not in a position to brainwash children. You sir are a clear and present danger who should be kept away from children

No school should force vaccinations. I will agree with you on one thing, Grant Hill is all class, but that’s not a good take that he would bring a great mindfulness of the higher risk of Covid to minorities. So we’re asking Grant to help out the inferior group?
Comments like this is why racism never ends. Grant Hill is an American, and a very educated and intelligent one at that.
