It protects us from presidents bypassing congress with EOs and it protects us from radical lawmakers ignoring the constitution. And you want to stack the courts so the left can go unchecked.

The real threats to this country are huge ******* corporations and politicians who give them the leverage they need to keep the boot on our necks. Those politicians are by and large those on the right. I'm under no illusion that democrats are the long term answer to this problem, however they do generally support basic worker and human rights. On top of this Republicans refuse to hold these oil companies feet to the fire in regards to climate change. They seemingly have moved away from outright climate change denial, but their ideas on how to combat aren't actually targeting the large issue which is our ridiculous carbon emission footprint.
On top of all that not only do they not support Healthcare for women, they work to outright undermine what they do have.

As far as my political opinions go, I form most of these by listening to the people around me and listening to people who know more about their field of study than I do. I dont really watch "liberal media" or hang on to every word that rolls out of the democrats mouths like you think I do. I also don't purport to have an immediate answer for every single issue that arises.
Corporations are absolutely an enormous asset to the country and world. Never said they weren't, but they're also rife with corruption and abuse from the top down due to the fact that a lot of their business practices still aren't properly regulated. Along with issues like an abysmal minimum wages, those at the top have way, way too much power over those at the bottom, which in turn leads to these corrupt companies to way too large of an impact on the population and our politics.
A corporation should be ran by the people who work there, not by some out of touch CEO whose only concern is how to make his shareholders more money in the next quarter. But yeah, one of my major issues with Republicans is their unwavering support to these corporations by helping them cut through any red tape or lowering their taxes to nearly nothing. It's not good for the long term health of our country.
But of course, you are a Republican so you're going to see any issues with pursuing short term profits at the expense of all else.
As for women's healthcare, Republicans have gutted access to abortion at every turn. Abortion is healthcare, and this isn't up for debate. You throw yourself on the floor and kick and scream about the lives of the unborn while giving exactly zero thought to the lives of the people who are already here. What do you plan to do with the millions who would otherwise be aborted? Are you going to adopt them? Force the mother who didn't want them to take care of them? Put them in the care of the government? And stop pretend like women use abortion like contraception. For the vast majority of women it's a backup plan in case the other things fail.
