You are being vague when you say "seen this happen repeatedly without any consequences". What is, this?

When there is concerning reason to suspect it. A cop who happens to be white and a suspect/victim who happens to be black is not enough to assume racism. For reasonable people.
You're being deliberately obtuse when you ask what that means.
Black people being killed by police when they weren't doing anything to warrant it. John Crawford. George Floyd. Larisha Thompson. Alton Sterling. Eric Garner. Phillando Castile. Laken Riley. Fanta Bility. Ma'Khia Bryant.
At what point does a community of people with every reason not to trust the police who over-patrol their neighborhoods and ding them for expired inspection stickers more than they arrest drug dealers have the right to suspect race has something to do with it without you calling them brainwashed?

What’s funny about that is he assumed Google would just parrot his own beliefs and seemed surprised that I actually bothered to read it. Honestly, it was more like a skim but it didn’t take much to discover some truly bat sh- crazy stuff on there. I’m not sure even he actually read it all. These far Left academics are given all this grant money to verify racism exists and Lo and behold they find what they’re looking for.
If they didn’t, they would be back in the classroom actually teaching. Oh the humanity!!
Bingo. It told me he’s grasping at straws. And he’s trying to present it as “I just don’t want to put much time into it”. Hilarious stuff. The stuff in that article is embarrassing.

I can’t. I think that in 2025, most people judge others on their appearance. I think that’s fair. If I’m on an elevator and 3 black guys get on when the door opens, how they are dressed will most likely determine my comfort level.
And that’s where I’m at. It’s pattern recognition. If a black guy is dresses and carries himself a certain way, it’s going to dictate my comfort level. But guess what? The same applies to a white guy. It’s not about the color of one’s skin, it’s about your presentation.

You two are made for each other.
What's this "solely" thing creeping in here? You've said racism doesn't exist at all. Why would you need to designate "solely" all of a sudden?
You still haven't demonstrated that you understand what people actually mean when they talk about systemic/etc racism.
Race playing a factor into a decision is completely acceptable the same way taking a dog’s breed into account is acceptable. I guess if I’m more cautious with pit bulls around my daughter since they kill more than any other breed, that would make me what breedist? Is this how that nonsense works?

But no, the dog breed wouldn’t be the sole factor in my decision. How were they trained? Have they bitten anyone before? Have I seen aggressive behavior from them?

Here, this one is written at a really easy level to understand, and I don't mean that as a slight. It avoids highbrow academic language and affectation. 64 examples. At what point do you stop digging in your heels over each and every one and accept that people are right to be suspicious?
91st time: Why would you need the help of Google to assist you in finding examples of something “so obvious”?

I didn't. Your question was in bad faith and I didn't want to take the time typing anything out myself. I told you that in the initial post where I linked something.

Nobody cares about the rain when they're already wet. You've been suspicious and denied every bit of evidence and every perspective I've ever presented here. Y'all post unvetted crap here all the time; why should I put any more effort into it? I've been cross-referencing sources and checking original sources and looking at peer reviews for years and where has that got me?

I chose that link because it contains a reasonable, nonthreatening definition of systemic racism that @GhostOf301 and @Dahntay#1 can never procure despite being asked multiple times. And then there are 64 examples. Sixty-four. Some of them are pretty weak on their own. How many times do you start addressing one with, "Well, that can be explained away by..." before you recognize that you're doing a lot of twisting and turning to avoid doing anything about it?

Look at just the top 10, all having to do with childhood and school. I can come up with an explanation for each one just like y'all. They can all be tied in with average starting point in life. At what point do you recognize that the average starting point in life is growing even worse by the time they finish college -- for the few who do -- and that the system itself is perpetuating and increasing the inequities we see from birth? I mean, suspensions from preschool? Seriously?
You lost what little credibility you had with the first link you sent. I didn’t even waste my time looking at your most recent one. However, you’re part of the problem. Whenever a black person is slighted by a white person, automatic “racism”. No other reasonable explanation is even explored. Now when a black person has the same exact behavior towards another black person or a white person is on the receiving end of the same type of slight, it never makes the news.

This is how it goes. Every. Single. Time.

White person slights white person = *******

Black person slights black person = *******

Black person slights white person = *******

White person slights black person = THIS IS RACISM AND IT MUST BE STOPPED AT THIS VERY MOMENT!!!

It’s absolutely absurd and people like you perpetuate it.

You're comparing humans to dogs and justifying the use of race as a factor. Since race is visually assessable, that would make it one of the first factors you consider.

Yet you would ignore the very existence of systemic racism -- and all racism -- if an employer noticed a job applicant's race and instantly started off with a negative impression because of what other members of the same race have done.

You still haven't demonstrated that you understand what people actually mean when they talk about systemic/etc racism.

I never had any credibility with you at all. Why should I put any effort into proving anything at your request?

Your "Every. Single. Time." script is nothing but a strawman. I've never done any such thing. Point out any absolute language I've used in relation to race over these last several pages.

You realize that being a pureblood pit bull is visually assessable as well right? It’s the same exact thing.

You sometimes have to pay the price for what others have done. It’s the unfortunate part of how life works. A lot of men are ******** to women. We sometimes have to understand why women are more cautious around us.

I fully understand your concept of system racism. I just don’t buy it the same way I don’t buy racism.

Just so I'm clear here... judging a dog by its appearance and judging a human by their appearance is "the same exact thing"?

People sometimes have to pay the price for what others have done... and that's not evidence of systemic prejudice.

You still haven't demonstrated that you understand what people actually mean when they talk about systemic/etc racism.

Numerous ways. I never take a stance on anything until I have researched thoroughly. And by thoroughly I mean opposing views to what I believe to be true. Not stop when I find what I want to hear like you. Also, I don’t immediately take anyone at their word because I understand how easily and often people lie. Not to mention, half the time people don’t even realize they are lying.

When someone tells you they experienced “racism”, the first thing you do is believe them. The first thing I do is probe deeper. 9/10, I find it’s ******** and they were lying or exaggerating.

I wouldn’t call it the same exact thing as the “same exact thing” doesn’t exist. However, there are enough similarities to make them very comparable.

If black people having to pay the price for what other black people have done is proof of “systemic racism”, what is men having to pay the price for other men’s behavior proof of?

I don’t think you read my response on systemic racism so I’ll kindly ask you to go reread it.

Suspensions from pre school? That sounds ridiculous on its face, unless the kids are being violent towards other kids, in which case all sorts of liability and safety issues pop up for the other children in the school, many of whom I’m guessing are also children of color.
It’s not that most people deny that the deck is stacked in some ways against many AA kids, as much as it is the fact that after 60 years of aff action and trillions poured into failing schools , people are at their wit’s end. Blacks are outperformed by students who start Kind and can’t even speak English. This is a problem.
The culture of victimhood created by the Dem Party, the teachers’ unions, the Libs constantly watering down the curriculum like was recently pushed in SF. Only failed when parents got wind of it.
Blacks underperform on standardized tests? Let’s just get rid of the tests!
We’re becoming a laughingstock to the rest of the world.

I think I covered that more objectively with "prominent civil rights attorney."
Another defendant denied his constitutional right to a fair trial? How is that any different from a grieving Black family thinking "another Black person killed unjustly by police who are gonna get away with it"?
If this cop gets away with it in the Massey case, it could likely be due to the first degree murder charge as we discussed. Was the prosecution pressured to pursue these charges due to the presence of outside agitators?
What purpose trial wise does this attorney serve? I could see it for the defense, but for the prosecution? What’s he getting paid for exactly? Who’s paying him?

There you go making it all about race. You wouldn't even be able to list half of the number of white people killed in the same manner as the black people you listed. Just because they were killed by police, doesn't mean it was because they were black. And statistics show that black communities are under patrolled, not over patrolled. That's just another false narrative from the race baiters.

Look at the social justice warrior! Don't worry, @Dahntay#1 doesn't believe in racism and thinks racial stereotyping is justified.
Thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt. You must not have seen @GhostOf301 call me on the same thing some time ago. But don't worry! @Dahntay#1 doesn't mind because I've worked with cis-male Black children under the age of 18 for nearly 30 years now and according to him I'm therefore allowed to judge him because he acts the same way.

I go to extraordinary and laughable lengths not to curse here...
Back in 2012, Mountain Dew had an online contest to name a new flavor. The winner was "Hitler Did Nothing Wrong."
That's in the ballpark of how your claim about teachers' unions strikes me.
It's a deal-breaker and conversation ender.
I don’t have the first damn clue why you mentioned the Hitler thing. Glad someone thinks it’s funny. Ha ha.
First you call Dahntay a boy, now this. You’re on a roll.

Like it or not, teachers’ unions are perceived as having too much influence, you know kind of like them Jews.
In all seriousness, teachers’ unions seem to make it much more difficult to remove poor teachers from the classroom and are often blamed for the delayed return to the classroom post Covid.

If men are paying the price for what other men have done and it has a direct negative impact on their rights, that's wrong. Or were you talking about being an incel?

"You still haven't demonstrated that you understand what people actually mean when they talk about systemic/etc racism."

It's not my concept, which is further evidence that you do not understand what people actually mean when they talk about systemic/etc racism.

Hunter Brittain's senseless death being adjudicated within 9 months of his murder is how your example demonstrates the system working for a white guy. There wasn't even any body cam footage and he still got justice. In less than 9 months.

Looks like to me that certain lives lost are tied to a political narrative.
