Are these guys on Fox Sports nuts. They are actually talking like OU controls it's own destiny to the playoffs just because they could go undefeated in the BIG 12. Basically saying a two loss team is more deserving than a one loss team because it's a conference champ. That is crazy considering the conference is the Big 12.

Think they were alluding to OU controlling it's own destiny in winning the Big XII. Don't think they were alluding to OU have a legit path to making the playoff.

Why does Bob Stoops have Joe Mixon in the game with a 28-3 lead against Kansas? Mixon is a gamer but he definitely has a sore knee. Why chance it, Bob? Adams looks to be adequate.

He said that this ended all the possibility of the little xii in the playoff... The only way would be a lot of teams falling off... 2 loss conference champions in the ACC, B1G, & sucssucsuc would be the only way...

Well they were actually saying how the committee gives more credit for conference championship teams and did say a 2 loss conference champ may very well have an edge over a 1 loss team. The first team I thought of was Louisville since Ohio State beat OU. Still a lot of football to come but just saying that seems crazy, IMO.

Really this is a pretty damn good offense. I like the way the OL is playing. I don't see another game where OU can't score a lot of points. But maybe not enough. Until bowl time perhaps.

I know it's Kansas, but I like what I see from some of the young guys on defense. Gallimore, Kelly, DeBerry all playing well.

God, how awful would it be for Kansas to be your team if you were a college football fan. Kansas only hangs in with the Big 12 for the money. Why not go somewhere you can compete? Go find a basketball conference anf take Iowa State with you.

Sometimes I wonder how people become fans of particular teams. Like Baylor fans through history. Or Kansas State fans prior to Snyder landing at their program. I just can't imagine growing up and wanting to be a fan of a team/program that makes a yearly routine of taking *** kickings week after week.

KU always has basketball, as does UConn.

I didn't see the post until this morning but there was an OU watch party at Tilted Kilt on Cactus and Tatum. It was channel 219 on DirecTV.
Dubai are Scottsdale sooner also? I had forgotten that we had a Scottsdale also and I seem to remember you retired and changed your screen name to Scottsdale?

...and much to my chagrin, I too, am back in Arizona after a 10-year hiatus in Tulsa. Would have like to stayed in God's country but I had to go back due to job concerns. The game was on Cox channel 31 in Phoenix and I watched most of it from my UH friend's house. He was not happy that his team has rather tanked while OU seems to be improving.. We'll see how the season finishes out...
