I wonder if Kyrie will make the all-tournament team. Special thanks to harrison barnes for giving us satisfaction. :D OFC

Oh just wait... I'm sure someone will bring up over at THR.. Where did Adam Silver go to college? Duke... So he wanted his alum Kyrie to win and stick it to Barnes and UNC!!

Love that Kyrie hit the game winner but hate like hell that Lebron is on the team. All the talk will be Queen James made history. It won't mention that the whole city wanted to burn down the stadium and they were showing people in the streets burning his jersey. Kyrie won that game for them. Period. Golden State played piss poor in the end, made stupid passes, stupid shots and poor transition defense. You can't win any game like that.

I know you're joking....but it's not very funny. You know a few of them are that stupid.

Your are completely right Dukiejay! My bad about that

Barnes is irrelevant. Damn , Kyrie looked like Austin busting that in Currys face. Good job, rings for Kyrie and Dahntay !

Totally agree! This is about two of our own winning a title! Congrats Kyrie and Dahntay!

Awesome to see Kyrie do what he did. Just happy for him and see that dagger go down. He beat steph at his own game this series. Numbers back it up.

Kyrie has to get at least a little credit for his defense. I thought Kyrie might play too much one on five trying to show he's as good as Curry. Just the opposite. He played huge minutes and most of it was matched up against Curry. Kyrie is one tough guy. And that left handed hook shot caused me almost to fall off my chair.

Everything came together for Kyrie during this postseason run. I was a little worried for him this season coming off the major injury, but he was great and played some serious defense as well! The only thing that could stop him moving forward is injury so really hoping that he's able to stay healthy.

Lebron is a bad bad man and i'm so happy to see the city of Cleveland get the championship and Lebron leading them to it. Kyrie was huge also. Lebron's block was the play of the game IMO and then Kyrie ended it with the 3 in the face of cocky *** Curry...loved seeing that happen.

Curry is one of the worst interviews in sports IMO...use to root for him but no more...I love Klay Thompson and despise Draymond Green with a passion

Congrats Lebron,Kyrie and the city of Cleveland

I couldn't have said it any better. I agree, the block by Lebron was huge! If he doesn't block that, I felt like the game would've been over. I threw up a little in my mouth when Draymond did the double arm flex.

Get himself a gold medal this summer and his career is set barring injury.

If that 4-year 64 million dollar contract ( Too much. WAY too much! ) that GS offered 'im is still on the table , he should jump on it.

There's a chance Golden State doesn't "require his services" any longer. He and JaMicMac may be hanging out on some benches of other squads post summer.

I've said it before and I'll say it again and AGAIN... When it comes to our guy Kyrie Irving the number one concern I have for him is simply IF he is able to STAY HEALTHY. That's been, sadly, the primary subtopic since he entered college through today. If he's able to maintain an injury free body and lebron decides to stick around cleveland they could so some serious damage and win MULTIPLE world championships.

I agree. Westbrook is the best, IMO. If he ever develops a more reliable jump shot he has all-time great kind of potential.

Bingo. He already puts up very similar numbers to LeBron. His jumper is equally inconsistent and they both are athletic marvels. Should Westbrook grab a few titles and he is as jay said, all-time great caliber.

KI needs a very specific type of roster to thrive. Not his fault and he's not the only player ever to be like that. He can't thrive with other chuckers, whereas Westbrook could be implanted on just about any team and make them title contenders.

Agreed, but this performance was huge for Kyrie. In the last few days I have heard multiple former NBA PGs (Mark Jackson, Isiah Thomas, Chauncey Billups) talk about how this seemed to be Kyrie's transition from "All-Star to Superstar."

I still think Paul is the best PG in the league. With Russ right there as well. Kyrie is a combo guard at this point. Lebron plays more PG for the Cavs than Kyrie.

PGs are not the same as they used to be. I think Russ is by far the best of those type of guards now- they're labeled PGs but are really combo guards. The only real elite and traditional PG is Chris Paul. I think Steph, Kyrie, Lillard, Wall are all right after Russ. But to me Russ is the best of that group.

Yeah yeah I know.

I thought the worst coaching move in the entire series easily was putting ezelia in the 4th q by Kerr in the last game. That guy is truly awful and in such a important stretch he comes in and ends up guarding lebron and giving up 6 straight in a row. I mean that guy has been awful the whole series. Terrible call.

^ Starting Festus really backfired as well. They probably should have just started small and sprinkled Ezeli and Varaflops here and there as best they could.

What kills me is the one big man who had played good for them, speights, got so little burn. He at least gives some offense and hustle.
