If you can't see the difference in how our fans treated players vs what occurred last night you may want to get your eyes and ears examined. And the guy who threw a beer can at a player should be banned from all SEC arenas.
Not sure if you caught it, but after the game when Oweh was walking across the court to the announcers side for his post-game interview, a bunch of OU fans near the court were still booing and yelling at him. Right when Otega puts on his headset, he's jawing with the fans and you can hear him say in the mic "I love that ****".
He's not the type of player you want to boo. Absolute dawg.
I did not, and the guys not perfect, misses too many layups, but he's been one of the most consistent guys I can remember. That performance down the stretch last night was truly an all timer. I was legitimately in awe, what a special night! Not the same as Malik in Vegas or Jodie in Knoxville but it'll be one I remember with just as much fondness.
Those 3 at Arkansas been playing like that last month and half it seems not just on the night they found out BBN said they suck for being mercenaries.

I mean our fans booed Big Z, Wagner, Adou and all the freshmen the entire game when we play Arkansas.
It was $2 beer night. I'm not even kidding. OU did that to try to get more students to show up. There were maybe 8000 there in a 12,000 seat arena, and about 30% was BBN. There were some slightly inebriated early 20s guys behind me dropping "f-bombs", but nothing too bad until the end when the bottle was thrown. I couldn't tell that it was a beer. It looked like a plastic bottle.

The commissioner of the SEC was sitting with Oklahoma's AD, I wonder if he knows about the beer or bottle. If so, what's going to be done about it. That has to be embarrassing for Oklahoma's administration, since it was against Kentucky, I don't expect anything to come of it.

Bahahaha I was hyped up and stayed up til like 2 consuming all the media I could.
We booed Arkansas all night instead of concentrating on cheering loudly for our own guys. It was a sad night all the way around that game.
That explains some of it but all game i wondered where on earth that crowd got such a massive sense of entitlement.
