The only thing I hate about night games

Is that you have to wait to watch.

Everything else is great. Atmosphere, drinking, watching other games, drinking, tailgating for a whole business day, shots, under the lights, etc.

I was ready to start watching when I got up this morning....but started to prep awhile ago as I will be watching at home. Made from scratch bolognese sauce with meatballs and italian sausage cooking for hours on the stove. Beers began a couple hours ago...

Spaghetti sauce with home made meatballs and hot Italian sausage is one of my specialties too. It's an all day affair and I usually make about 10 quarts at a time. I'll put my sauce up against anyone. Our respective day was quite similar, it seems.
