Available on Netflix…Saving Private Ryan X 100. Based on a true story, and super intense. Definitely worth watching…all the way through the closing credits.

I just watched it the other day. Pretty good war movie. Those guys went through hell in a terrible situation. I believe it said there were 2 Medal of Honor recipients from that battle.

Good movie but not anywhere near Saving Private Ryan. It did make you wonder why on earth we would put an outpost in such an indefensible location, though?

Clint Eastwood's kid is the spitting image of his father. I would love to see them revive the Spaghetti Western with him starring.

I should clarify…not saying it’s a better movie than Saving Private Ryan…just that the battle scenes are way more intense

SPR didn’t do D-Day justice, and even that’s saying something. That’s how terrible the landing really was.
