Yeah, Almost Noah didn't make it big and it doomed them. They did do a good cover of Man in the Box though.

The owner got $5 or $6 million for the property that Jim Porter's sets on from MSD (sewer and stormwater folks in Louisville) to build some kind of drainage pumping station or something like that on the property where Jim Porter's is at, I think he just called it a day and cashed out.

Just read where they (MSD) had been fined a few hundred thousand for dumping raw sewage into streams.

Read in the CJ a week or so ago that one is related to a condo development. I can't recall which one but the Jim Porter's real estate should be a lot more valuable than what would be practical for that.

Is your reading comprehension that poor. That is a link to WDRB's (local TV station) website. "Copyright 2015 WDRB News. All rights reserved."

There was no link. Nice edit tho.

Happy to see you finally cite your source for once though. Baby steps...(just like your simpleton palate)

BTW, I do prefer Insider Louisville's coverage of business and food to the CJ and Business First. The CJ's food critics are terrible and they have gutted their reporting staff. Business First writes 95% sunshine news and will never take on UL (its largest advertiser). IL calls out UL all the time and has really forced some hard looks into its board, executive compensation and huge payoffs for non-discloser agreements from recently retired officials.
