1 hole playoff or the 3? Which do you prefer? I liked the 1 but this has been good all day long and this way is probably better than ending it on 17.

Masters 1, U.S. Open 18, pga 3, and I think British 4? I like a variety.

She's smoke and I love it. Good for Ricky. Been knocking on Sunday's door for a while. Love his throw back game to match his new age style.

Props to Fowler, but kind of a puss move that his caddie checks his alignment every time like all the lpga chicks do.

Love Sawgrass. Ponte Verde is a very nice place but well beyond my means.

Watch these players this week: Matsuyama, Fowler, McElroy, Dustin Johnson, Jimmy Walker. Not exactly going out on a limb. Matsuyama doesn't have a poor club in his bag. Justin Thomas is going to win something.
Man you nailed it Festivus.

Was an amazing last round yesterday. Do not care if you hate golf or not, but that was some action filled drama. My wife hates golf and she really got into the last couple of hours.

Amazing how anyone can play golf at that level with that kind of pressure and money on the line yet several guys were clutch. Glad to see Ricky win it. Garcia is a douche and its always fun to see him find a way to lose tournaments. Golf seems to be starting to get its feet under it again with all of the younger talent stepping up now. Very good crop of guys on tour now.

Just booked a round at Sawgrass. Will be down there in a couple of weeks and thought it was time to check it off my bucket list.
The tourney was pretty amazing yesterday. Fowler was fricken fearless on 17 taking it right at the pin.

Not quite as ***** as your boy Brandt crying all the time, tho.

How'd he finish?

The PGA tour is good hands right now. Good young players, and a global game. The US Open at Chambers Bay is going to be really different. Links golf in the Seattle area.

Went from 7:30-1 on Saturday so it was a great opportunity to see some great golf without the huge galleries.

- Eric Compton and his caddie are some whiny bitches. He complained about someone taking his pic as he walked onto the #2 tee and then his caddie was screaming at the old man holding the 'Quite Please' sign. He yelled at the guy to stand behind the cooler twice before the old man could even take a step.

- We were standing directly behind Tiger on #2 as he pulled his drive into the trees. Even at his worst, there is still something special about seeing a billion dollar athlete 10 feet from you. There is definitely an hora of greatness surrounding that man. Side note, it's not on roids anymore. I was surprised at how much smaller he looked from when I saw him in 2012.

- Bucket list item, get destroyed on a Pete Dye course. That guy knows how to punish bad golf. What a treat to walk a masterpiece.

- Dustin Johnson has so much swagger. His walk, his demeanor, even how he grabs his clubs is just cool. No Paulina, which sucked but second best was getting to see how powerful he is on the tee.

- Florida, sundresses and golf = The Players. There is so much stupidly hot talent roaming about that you don't know at times whether to watch golf or just gawk.

- Rickie Fowler

You'll love it, but it will eat your lunch. Just go into it expecting to get humbled and just enjoy being on the course. Once you have played it, it gives you an even deeper appreciation on how good these tour players are who can shoot par or under on that course. Holes 16-18 will be the most fun but also the most nerve racking three consecutive holes you will ever play and its hard not to think about it starting at hole #1. I made par on hole 17 and felt like I had won the Players.

It was an awesome end to a great tourney. I watched every hole and was glad that one loser didn't win! Glad it was Rickie. He might want to get his old lady a nice dress, the blue jean shorts were a little dated.

Tiger needs to coach Ricky up on leaving the hookers back at the hotel for later...

Ohhh, I have no expectations of shooting a low score...especially the way I've been putting lately. If I break 90 I'll be a giddy...I'm a 10 handicap.
Yeah, I've played with a couple of people that have played on some of the minor tours and they could crush it and throw darts with the short irons and couldn't get a sniff of the regular tour.

I think he could break 150
I agree. Heck, just average 8 on every hole gets you in at 144. If I ever had the chance to play the course I wouldn't waste my time or anyone else by playing it or any tour course from the tips...I'd get slaughtered from back there. A tip of the cap though to those of you who can. It's amazing sometimes how big of a difference the tips are from the next tees up...heck, even the sight lines can change considerably.

The length of TPC isn't the challenge. I think it's only 7,200 from the tournament tees which is long but not ungodly like some of the other tracks they play.

You sure as hell better be able to pull any shot out of your bag to score well. I can't draw a golf ball so there's at least 3 holes where I'm going Palmer straight over a corner or looking like Tiger on #2 Saturday.

I think you get a caddie on the Stadium course or have to have one with the group. Not sure but if you're going all out, might as well have someone that knows wtf is up with the course.

I am a 9 HC and shot a 93. We played on the White Tee (Tips and Blue were just too much for my group). If you are struggling putting, good luck because those greens will be some of the fastest you will ever putt on. Buddy in my group had several 3 putts and he ranged in the 3-5 HC range. If it were not for a few lucky breaks I may have not broken 100. Its just a tough course, but if you can shape the ball some it becomes easier. I was lucky that I was hitting pretty well that day. Strangely, the Par 3's are where I scored some birdies to keep my score in a respectable area.
