there is NO way that after the herds stellar defensive performance against juggernaut Kent State that they should be behind us in the polls...they should be at least 20th...now I think I understand their point:scream::letsgo:

Not true, after the shellacking you boys handed the Pirates and the Hornets and the pounding you'll hand a fine Kansas squad, Mounties should be #1.there is NO way that after the herds stellar defensive performance against juggernaut Kent State that they should be behind us in the polls...they should be at least 20th...now I think I understand their point:scream::letsgo:

Polls = opinion, nothing more. Playoff committee = back room politics , nothing more! The world is an imperfect place! We are ranked just about where we deserve to be based on the results so far. Just outside of the top 25 looking in. As far as I'm concerned I don't take any poll seriously until the midway point of the season, maybe later than that. If early season polls meant anything in the long run, Notre Dame would be a shoe-in for the playoff every year since they start every season highly over rated.
