So it's a tough break with Tre and I don't think any of us have the full story as to exactly how long he will be out.

That said, I still believe we are the best team in the nation and will with the NC. RJ is versatile and has been a great distributor lately, so I expect him to run the point quite a bit. Cam is catching fire, Zion is Zion, and others have a chance to step up. I'm confident the whole team will step up.

We're gonna take this thing. Keep fighting fellas!

I WAS JUST ABOUT TO POST A SIMILAR THREAD

Virginia is certainly favored to win (may have been even with Tre). But, UVA will not know how to prepare for us. They don’t know if Cam is playing or not. If so, they will have to gameplan for him. Our elite NBA forwards have given UVA issues in the past. K is 4-2 against UVA since 2014. He’s the only coach that has successfully beaten Bennett since they’ve become elite. We always have better athletes than them, which doesn’t mesh well with their style. All I’m looking for is fight! Even if we don’t win, I want to see us compete! And if we do win, WOW! I’m keeping the faith!

I’m like everyone else, that I hope Tre is healthy soon. He is a great floor leader, just what we have craved since his brother.
This team has been so much fun to watch, and without him, we are still really good.
K will tweak some things, and it’s a good time for a role player or two to take advantage of some playing time.

Next man up, and keep competing.

Cam will be back! And I don't think that Syracuse game was a wholly accurate measure on how we will play with Tre out of the lineup. It'll be interesting to see what the GOAT comes up with knowing that we're down a PG

According to some on here, we probably need to call Bennett and tell him we forfeit. No need to waste their time coming down here. It’s a done deal.

Man this is so accurate! Yes we lost Monday and yes we lost Tre... but K and staff has 5 days to Coach this team up.. the players have 5 days of rest and prep time... if you think they will not come out Saturday ready to absolutely fight you are crazy!

Amen brother. Had a Duke “fan”in another thread say Matthew Hurt shouldn’t come Saturday and watch us lose on our home court.

That fan is a complete idiot, though. Always has been.

Losing Tre is a huge loss for this team, and it doesn’t make things easy. But we still have this certain coach who knows what he’s doing and great players.

I just have a feeling that our players will play with a huge chip on their shoulder and compete their asses off and come out with a hard fought victory. Circle the wagons baby!

I’m positive that Sky will handle the PTRF drop Saturday. He left it with Hart and Dirt on Monday, but they spent the money at The Booty Lounge. Hope they had fun that night, the rest of DI did not.
