Just finished all 50 episodes of the series. 10 more episodes to be released in the Fall and I can’t wait. Crude and witty humor mixed in with real family issues from a screwed up family living on a ranch...it’s as addictive as a show that I’ve ever watched.

Pissed that Danny Masterson was written off due to accusations of his past that already were investigated and found to not have any merit. The climate created sucks that your guilty until proven innocent and people are losing their jobs without due diligence of the law. The show won’t be the same without him.

Has anyone else watched? What’s your thoughts?

I thought it did a good job of showcasing the main protagonists and enhancing their interrelationships whilst juxtaposing their inherent differences. Spicy midplot and had a subtle climax.

I've watched every episode as well. Good writing. Good acting. I like it.

Very easy to binge watch because each episode is short, and they flow right into each other... even season to season.

They pussed out on the ending of season 5 with Rooster.
Absolutely. The show definitely won’t be the same without him, but the amount of great actors is ridiculous in this series. I’m hoping they ended it the way they did because it leaves a chance that he could return once his legal issues are over. If they kill him off there’s no returning from that lol.

I’ve finished it in about a week. A lot of 3am-4am nights makes for a hell of a 6:30am wake time.

Haven’t heard a single person say or hint that it’s the greatest ever. Just talk about a really good tv show. Now Breaking Bad...that’s the greatest tv series ever

Yeah. I went back and reread the thread after I saw Boston’s post. Guess he read it differently than I did.

Watched the first two seasons and it was great.. but without Masterson, I'm not sure what the show really has to offer. Netflix showed me the trailer for whatever the current/upcoming season was and it was cringe-worthy. It went from country to hillbilly real quick..

It's also a shame that Sam Elliot has to be lumped in with that Dumbass RC Texas.

It's been hillbilly ever since it debuted.

Boston is a douche who thinks he’s enlightened if he tastes wine and has a sushi roll. No doubt that he loves foreign films and talks about the impact of Kubrick and Kurosawa. He got beat up by a guy with an accent in high school so he hates all southern people.

My new manager told me the other day that he likes Breaking Bad but hates Jesse and wishes he had been killed off in the 2nd episode. I'm strongly considering quitting.
Haha Jesse and Walt’s chemistry (no pun intended lol) is like none other ever show on television. They both are just as important as the other. I still hate Walt died...wished he would have gotten away.

never actually showed him dead. of course the cancer was going to have him sooner than later...but it's one of the cliffhangers actually. the last shot showed as the camera was panning away a medic working on him. chemo meds cause the blood to clot faster than normal in many cases. his gunshot wound could have clotted and the medic got him stabilized. a youtube conspiracy theory of course. Vince Gilligan and Cranston were asked about the possibility of an alive Walt coming back in Better Call Saul and they would not deny it but played it up either way. (the black and white timeline where Saul is working at the donut shop)

I think the way they were thinking of having Walt appear in BCS was as before his death either during his whole operation when he was dealing with Saul or before they ever encountered each other. Who would know though because Better Call Saul has the suckiest air dates possible. Airs for a couple weeks in April and goes MIA until the following April. So hard to keep up with.

hell it never comes back for nearly a year and a half after the season is over. AMC gives priority to it's "originals" like TWD and FearWD. and so on. both suck royally. but whatevs. I will still be watching BCS. not sure Cranston is even interested in bringing back Walt in any capacity. he did say he would do whatever Gilligan ask of him though.
