I think what you are seeing - finally - is an SEC spending money on BBall. Of course, when they play us, the emotion is always with UK. But, how in the %$#@ did we lose to this team by 11 at the Yum? The SEC is improved, but this UK team is like the rest of them the past 3 years...minimal defense. I think the lid-is-off, and UK players know they are 1st and 2nd rounders...why work really hard when you going to be drafted anyway? The only game they bust their asses is against us, and I think it will always be that way, no matter the UK coach. I think this UK loss will cost them 2 seeding positions come March. Still, way to go SEC and taking this game more seriously. There are 4 more SEC teams out there who are, finally, really good. I shall now kick back and watch the replay on ESPN.

It’s actually quite simple ............. If anyone takes the time to compare the UK box score games between Alabama and UL, it becomes obvious. UK missed much of the same 3 point shots at Alabama that they hit against UL, while Alabama hit theirs and UL missed theirs.

If fans give Chris Mack time he will be able to bring UL basketball back up to a level competitive with UK. Despite all the negativity and reasons recruits might have rejected UL advances, this incoming 2019 recruiting class should provide ample evidence that Chris Mack is capable (under the most difficult circumstances) of bringing the level of talent to match Calipari and UK.

Be patient Cardinal Nation.

It will be once he playing with his players and not the “Master” of destruction.

I think Mack has us on the right path and next year will be the beginning of the next era in Louisvilke basketball. Considering the situation we are in I think we are ahead of schedule right now due to good coaching. Louisville vs sUcK was disappointing because I didn’t see the same intensity against them that I saw against the rest of the teams on our schedule.

I agree with this. But as things stand right now Nwora is the only guy that might stand a chance of breaking the line up at UK. It will take some time and we still have the unknown NCAA impact from the FBI sting thing.

Peace
