Eliot is too much of a pretty boy to be a DC. Most of the great ones are rugged, redneck a$$holes that will light a fire under your *** (John Chavis and Jeremy Pruitt come to mind). Eliot has never come across as a guy that will lay into you if you make a bonehead play. Stoops was a good DC and look at his personality, like when he throws temper tantrems on the sideline. It gets the guys on D fired up. Eliot puts me to sleep listening to him. It's cliche' but a team is a reflection of their coach and our D plays way too relaxed.
