Why couldn't Grayson be the best player in college basketball next year? If he is healthy he will be a handful and add to the fact defenses will have there hands full with Duval, Grayson will have lots of good looks and driving lanes. I actually think he will have a similar year as Luke last year.....he might average 20 pretty easy....if his 3 ball is on he is an impossible guard in college basketball with lots a savvy old man moves in a young college basketball landscape.

As a Duke fan, after last season, I don't really like the fact that Grayson is being recognized as the preseason best player, again.
I also agree with everyone who states they would not have him ranked as the best. Feel like he has a lot to prove after last season.
I'd personally have Miles Bridges or Bonzi Colson (hate to say that name) ranked at the top. Along with Porter Jr.. Then Grayson in the hunt right after them.

Just for the record, everyone in America chose him as preseason player of the year last year.....and that was with a lot better class of freshman than this year.
Who are your better players? I hope they are not freshman who have never played or let alone averaged 20 points in college basketball. They very well might end up having better years but they need to show it first.

Nothing to do with Grayson, I don't think he is the best player in the country, either. You just seem pretty argumentative most of the time.
Miles Brides can not shoot like Grayson, he is not even a knock down shooter from behind the arc. The fact that is the guy you mentioned lets me further know you have no clue, you're saying things for shock value. "I award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul."

Well...I don't know who the best player will be next year, but I do know this. The fact that RR is upset about Duke, and we are getting under their skin without even having any games going on, well, that makes me smile!
