He did get a sniff. He was interviewed twice by Maryland at least. And I bet now they're damn sorry they didn't hire him.I think he stays put. There are reasons (and I'm not going to speculate or pretend to know them) why he was unemployed for as long as he was while there were more than a few WAY better than Washington St jobs that came open during that time without him even getting a sniff. For him, he's probably the perfect spot in Pullman. I think Leach is a good coach, but I've always likened him to that crazy uncle or cousin that most of us have or have had in the past in that you love them, and like seeing them from time to time, but you're never going to invite them over for a big gathering or take them out on the town, because you just never know what they might do or say.
Bet they are...I know I'm one that's damn sure UK didn't!He did get a sniff. He was interviewed twice by Maryland at least. And I bet now they're damn sorry they didn't hire him.

Brooksy comes out of retirement for that.
I disagree with that but you said he didn't get a sniff, which was false.I don't consider Maryland a way better job than WSU.

the tie in w Maryland was the under armour founder alum. UA had a deal with Tech when Leach was there. Maryland screwed the pooch on that one.I don't consider Maryland a way better job than WSU.
When I can I either watch or DVR their games... Love to watch their offense because he still has the electric offensive scheme, but now has added a very solid running game as wellMike Leach can make WSU the new Oregon.
Pac 12 is weak, their traditional powers are down, stanford isn't as sure of a bet anymore.
Leach is an offensive mastermind in an offensive era and in a conference that is not extremely deep or consistent on D.
His stock may rise over the next few years as the game continues to evolve to his side of the ball.
Wouldn't surprise me if his name started to be whispered with some gigs you wouldn't expect.
Give Stoops 2 years extension and tell those negative persons they can
shut up.

Backup was 15/17!! Faulk 32/35I watch most of them, I think it helps their running game in that on fourth and one he is probably more likely to pass the ball than run it.. Falk started the last game with 22 straight completions, tough guy and very good IMO.

hey, 3rd in conf in rush defense and 6th in total D. one of his most balanced teams.I certainly like his offense. He brings a lot of excitement to the game.
