They had to call 1 because it was a false start and everyone saw it.Im sure NW is way more disciplined than us but they dont even have a penalty? Its possible but wtf...
No they didn't have to, lots of plays in front of the officials and they do nothingThey had to call 1 because it was a false start and everyone saw it.
How many dead ball fouls do you see getting ignored like holding? 0No they didn't have to, lots of plays in front of the officials and they do nothing
Sometimes they aren’t excuses but realities.Sometimes you just have to stop the excuses

We should have won regardless of the refs, I agree with you.
But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have the expectation that the refs will call things the same both ways.
Yes and I agree. I get the 4th and inches call I guess, due to the fact our 4th and 1 stats are something like -5 yards rushing. The coaches need to come up with a play that can get a yard on 4th down. Period.Somethings you have no control over. To be successful, you have to ignore those things and focus on the things you do have control over. That 4th and inches play call boggles the mind. Also, the playing prevent D in the final tying drive (in regulation) by NWU was weak.
And it is also a comprehension problem for some of our fans who want to absolve the refs of any bad calls they make. This is a mental problem with some of our fans. Blaming the refs when you are 0-6 is the epitome of the victim mentality.
Big Ten zebras suck dog$hit. Fat Albert really sucked today.big ten refs are terrible.

The reality is, it’s somewhere in between.
Yep, I bet NW fan is yelling at the human ref for calling the false start penalty.Well humans are involved so that applies for every team.
