The running list of lies they have for him is ridiculous. The majority of them are all ticky tack ********.

I don’t think it’s crazy or dangerous, or even inaccurate to call Trump out for his double speak. You realize he went back to the flu talk, right? If you read that article, and I’m sure you didn’t, Trump was never quoted inaccurately in the article. The article never even suggested Trump was wanted to relax restrictions prior to the 15 day period he suggested.

The article’s sentiment, which I agree with, is that our leaders should be solely focused on eradicating this dangerous health threat and not allowing any suggestion of relaxing restrictions (at any point) to be misconstrued by Americans as a sign that we are close to the end of the fight against it.

Shapiro - Born - You, all rally so much around this guy that you can’t see how dangerous his words (and actions - since you so love to distinguish between the two) are at times. Trump is a good con man.

Why would someone get fired for this article? Nothing was inaccurate.

on the other hand - the woman who suggested this was a democratic hoax? She was trash? Hannity said the same. Trump said the same. Hannity didn’t get taken out. Trump is still your infallible savior of truth.

This is an outright LIE:
CNN politics reporter Chandelis Duster wrote. "On Tuesday,
Trump said he wants to ease social distancing measures

Show us that exact Trump quote. Trump has reaffirmed EVERY protection recommendation in every other sentence when he speaks. And Trump is solely focused on eradicating this dangerous health threat. You are the one that is misconstruing, distorting and twisting anything Trump says.....You actually believe that places like South Dakota should be put on the same restrictions as New York City?

OK...I can respect that....BUT.....show me the Trump quote where he said not to keep a distance.

And BTW....not a peep from you about these nuts.....the ones where we do have the exact quotes:

For weeks, NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio urged New Yorkers to "go about their lives." About his past comments, de Blasio now says "we should not be focusing, in my view, on anything looking back on any level of government right now" When Trump said we should restrict travel from China back in January Blasio called Trump "a racist".

New York City Health Commissioner Oxiris Barbot remarked on Feb. 2: "There is no reason not to take the subway, not to take the bus, not to go out to your favorite restaurant, and certainly not to miss the parade next Sunday.”
Then, on Feb. 7 she said: “We’re telling New Yorkers, go about your lives, take the subway, go out, enjoy life."

Trump's comments about a quarantine led New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to call it illegal and “a federal declaration of war.”

“This is no time for Donald Trump’s record of hysteria and xenophobia — hysterical xenophobia — and fearmongering,” Joe Biden commented the day after the travel restrictions were imposed.

CNN ran a story warning that “the US coronavirus travel ban could backfire” and have the effect of stigmatizing countries and ethnicities.”

They were all wrong. And they should look at the blood on their hands.
