My God. How can anyone justify her wrecklessness. How would you know if she was hacked? They destroyed the server.

You should. Hillary was Sec State and was sending and receiving classified information. They are not mutually exclusive.

Actually, they are mutually exclusive. OPM is not run by the State Dept. HC had no input on the cyber security of OPM. The security of her email server has no bearing on what happened at OPM. Thoe 2 systems are totally independent.
