After Syracuse,Illinois and Michigan State wins Steve is National COY and getting the Duke job. After Maryland and Nebraska loss he should be fired and Rick Pitino hired. He is not Coach K. and is also not Littlepage. He is a solid coach with above average talent. This team will dance,but maybe as a 10 seed. Some of the talk is crazy. I remain somewhat concerned about recruiting.That's all.I still believe that only Jacob and perhaps Mathis leave.

Same concern on the recruiting, particularly with a $125mm facility standing right next to the RAC. The RAC won't be able to chant the name of every top recruit until he signs.

Recruiting is a big concern right now. Just look at some of the kids the league is bringing in next year. I believe Michigan has the number 1 recruiting class in the country right now and our class is currently 12-13th in the B1G after a terrible class last year.

Part of the reason we need to make it this year is it could be a big down year next year.

You know it's also fitting that the just as we are finally "good" we miss out on dancing last year, and this year we don't have crowds, we don't have any type of recruiting momentum.

Will be interesting to see what Pike does.

We don't make it this year, it's going to be more of the drought like we are currently. Pike isn't bringing another team to the dance if he can't get this team to the dance. This is his team. Tons of experience coming off of a year in which we likely would have made the dance, having lost 1 player of note.

This was they year. They lose against Minnesota and I truly believe Pike will never get Rutgers to the dance.
