"The #UVa basketball team's NCAA championship banner will be raised at JPJ on Friday, September 13th. "A Night with the National Champions" will be a ticketed event. $50 for lower bowl seats. $25 for upper bowl. Sponsored tables on the floor available for $5,000 and $3,000."

Seems like a desperate, self loving, money grab.

If they said NCAA is restoring your 2013 Banner and all the players minus Pitino were there and they served food and drinks, I might pay for a ticket.

That was what I was wondering is if they were serving food and drinks. If they are that might change things if it is just a banner raising event I can’t see the draw.

I wonder if khaki shorts, pastel polos, and boat shoes are required by the event's dress code?
