Man, you are a tool who has nothing better to do than to hang out and troll on another college football team’s board. You have no clue what you are talking about.Man.. you are in for a rough year.

We are a different team w/Marty at QB, but to get to 6 wins, we will have to win all the close games. Can't lose the turnover battle to win those games. That includes Nebraska, Rutgers, Illinois, Purdue (maybe Minnesota). Just can't see us blowing anyone out this year, besides Ohio.NU with Marty at QB beats Nebraska and a lot of other teams on our schedule. . Nebraska has individual talent but is a horrible team. Undisciplined, error prone and with a a Tremendously inconsistent QB.
Of course, I hope you are right. That's plausible if Marty's injury isn't severe and he avoids subsequent injuries. Nagging voice in my head says "one half of good QB play and defensive play against a suck team". Duke is worse than "a lot of other teams on our schedule".NU with Marty at QB beats Nebraska and a lot of other teams on our schedule. . Nebraska has individual talent but is a horrible team. That's exactly what my psychiatrist said! But seriously, my eyes show me a line that can't block and only one LB that can tackleTrust your eyes, ignore the voices in your head.

That's what they used to say about NU--that we were the best losing team.Nebraska is going to beat you guys. they are much better than their record indicates.....
Illinois looked Ok against Maryland. Please tell that to their fans who are already calling for Bert’s head. Comical.Well, amigo, I have already over predicted ILL's success, but tell me if you think losing a close game to ILL in week zero is more humiliating than losing to Puke in week 3.
Since the ILL game, Nebraska kicked the crap out of a team at ISU's level, beat a decent MAC team by 4 scores, and went toe to toe with Oklahoma.
Watching Nebraska and Oklahoma and THEN our game, looked like Nebraska would beat us like a giant Purdue drum. Even hapless ILL looked ok against MD. I didn't see a single B1G team, that, had we played yesterday, we would have beaten. Did you? After 3 listless games, I see virtually no improvement. One half game of decent defense yesterday, and ~ one half of pre-injury QB play , both against a likely 4-8 team. I do believe our team will get better, but not sure it will be enough to beat any B1G teams. Right now, we are the worst in the conference. If we can't stop Gustav Oppenheimer running, or whatever Duke's QB name is, I am not confident we will contain Martinez. Embrace the suck
Will that correct the line that can't block or the LBs that are out of position ?Get your eyes fixed!
Nebby will never be any good with Frosty at the helm. We could lose to them this year, but they will still be a laughingstock.NU with Marty at QB beats Nebraska and a lot of other teams on our schedule. . Can't get much closer (in regulation) than losing on a last second field goal, against a decent MD team. I'll ask you the same as I've asked the others - If we played ILL on Saturday, the way we played Duke and the way they played MD, who wins? Maybe NU? Maybe we beat who was heretofore considered the worst/second worst in B1G? That's encouraging.Illinois looked Ok against Maryland. Please tell that to their fans who are already calling for Bert’s head. Comical.
It took a historic decimation by Nebraska leading to unspoken coaching changes, and they’re dealing with major qb injury, but this looks like a classic NU team that looks awful in September and less-awful after that. They just started two weeks late.Big Ten isn’t particularly good.
And NU has a great history of randomly showing up in October, but that history happened with Hank helming the D.
