I realize that there is a lot of pessimism and rightfully so, but goodness, some of the garbage being spewed around here is ridiculous. It’s as if some of you have an inside track into the mind of these players. So and so should be kicked off the team, so and so has no intentions of playing this year, blah blah blah. Am I worried? Absolutely. But I think I’ll wait a few more games to see if Pope can turn things around. I’m not giving up that easily, and I’m certainly not going to trash our players for things completely made up.

Right now this is an awful site. Won’t be posting for a while and will pick and choose which threads to read. You only need to read 2or 3 posts and you know it’s time to move on.

Now you want Oweh kicked off the team because of some rumor you heard.

He used to beg mods to ban me all the time. I could say something that wasn’t even close to being worth getting banned for and he would try it. He did succeed in getting me suspended for a little while once.
Guy is a total hypocrite. Constantly rags on every poster — he was so mean to dontworryaboutit23 or whatever his name was that it made me sick to my stomach. Any poster who didn’t walk the line exactly as he saw fit would get flooded with his crap all the time. All the while, he’d beat his chest and talk about how noble he is for supporting the coach. A lot of the people come on here to get away from jerks like that and talk about the ballgame.
What message board isn’t? As with anything, the people who are upset and unsatisfied are typically the loudest. When people are happy/satisfied, they are less
likely to post or if they do, it flies under the radar because it is positive.
