I think Rhule is a good coach, maybe a bit overrated, but good. I think Franklin is a good coach, but has concerning deficiencies.
That said, playing Devil's advocate, what has Matt Rhule accomplished that Franklin has not?

I know quite a few Panthers fans who would like to see Ruhle go someplace. Anyplace except Charlotte.
