I don't think they would actually refuse the sale. I think they are signs meant as a joke.
I'm sure it is a joke but the sentiment behind it holds true for a lot of right wingers. I'm sure they think none of us Democrats hunt or own guns.
Kinda like how the Democrats that think Republicans don't care about the environment or women.
