He can’t coach effort. This team has no leader. Dudes don’t hustle. Clear today. Last game too. Pretty pathetic tbh, the lack of effort. Energy. Dercack is up and down basketball wise, but he’s the only one that shows effort.

Problem there is maybe one well-rounded player on this team and with the black hole that is our programs offensive “philosophy” it seems it will be difficult to get well-rounded players in the program like we did in our bubble seasons.

We already have a head coach who is very very good at identifying high-energy players and keeping them motivated.
