This weather sucks

I've been watching these storms, well because I live in Diamond / Coal City and quite frankly I'm a little jumpy.

I received photos already (3rd hand) from somebody living in Channahon of a Monster Tornado just to the north on it's way to Joliet.

You guys all OK?

I wish I was Geeky enough to know how to get those photos of the Tornado from my phone to the internet and post here. They are pretty scary.

All is okay in NW Indiana. A few thunder showers and over in like 1/2 hour.

Huge down pour just 15 minutes ago. Flash flood warnings. Creek behind house crested and flooded the back yard. Thankfully we have a grade up to the house so in good shape. Rain just stopped.

Was in Palatine and it was raining pretty hard when I got on 90 east to the city.

set up on my porch to watch the storm and the heaviest rains came as the sun came out. Strange.
