Northwestern's stunning 66-59 win over No. 7 Wisconsin may have clinched a ticket to the Big Dance.

Three pointers: Northwestern notches biggest win since...ever?

Are you sure of the following?:
Northwestern now needs just one more win to ensure its first winning season in conference play since 1968.

Best I can see, one more win would only ensure a NON-losing B1G season (9-9 or better). They need 2 more to reach 10 wins, assuring a 10-8 reg season league record, or better.

Am I missing anything?

- Shouldn't it be 2 more wins?

And think 2 more wins gets it done.

(Nevermind about the 1st part, since already addressed.)

YES, enthusiasm and a winning attitude. These kids have it and you don't.

Also, we had a .500 team in conference in one of BC's first years

"Northwestern has beaten Top 10 teams before, but with so much riding on this season and the quest to make the Big Dance, it’s difficult to think of a bigger victory."

Excellent point!

And never beat Wisconsin at the Kohl Center, until Collins arrived

You seem to like to ignore the fact that the 'Cats had never beaten MSU at the Breslin Center until Carmody arrived (and Collins has still yet to beat MSU; and while under BC, the 'Cats beat the Spartans a couple of times when they were ranked in the top 10).
