Are NCAA tickets on sale today or not? If yes, from where?

My understanding is that these are single session tickets only. OSU nor other schools have not received their allotment of tickets and that will not happen until closer to March.

I called Osu and they said they Will have an allotment but don’t know when - last year big 12 tickets were bought through BOK
