You people don't know cold and windy! I was at Lambeau Field on December 22nd in what Brett Farve called the worst conditions he had played in! 27 mile an hour winds with temperature in teens! Now granted I was prepared for it with many layers and the adrenaline from just being at Lambeau helped out, but was not uncomfortable!

I stayed until 0:00. Poor opponent, miserable weather, season circling the drain, yeah I'm aware of all that. But like everyone else on here I am emotionally invested in UK football. I had a good time and I'm glad I went in spite of every indication that I should stay home.
On January 10, 1982 I (at 12 tender years of age) sat in Riverfront Stadium with my dad and watched the Bengals defeat the Chargers in the "Freezer Bowl" AFC Championship Game. The wind chill was -37F. Though we were well prepared, we were still obviously quite cold by the end of the game.
Coffee froze in the cup in the span of one quarter.
I don't recall feeling "cold" at a football game since that day. "Cold" is just football weather, if you are from the Midwest, and Kentucky is more a part of the Midwest than the South in terms of climate.

I was at that game also...the funniest thing was I was staying in the same hotel as a bunch of Chargers fans. Many of them were woefully under prepared for the extreme conditions. A couple guys had on leather coats....talked to them in the lobby and told them you have no idea how frigid it is out there. They didn't get it.
Where at in 22? I stayed til the bitter end in 22 as well. I'm in row 34 seats 9-10
