Appalling that Pass would throw that Pick6 pass 6 feet over his receiver’s head. QB coaching there was non-existent. That throw has to be at the numbers or below, always, to prevent the overthrow into coverage.

Dead Team Walking vs a Top 2 team on Top 2 team’s home field. That would never happen.

Better chance of Bobby Petrino being offered the Atlanta Falcons Head coaching job this coming offseason.

WHY was Pass so highly rated and recruited? He can't seem to read defenses, has terrible overall football instincts, and is incredible inaccurate. He completely misses receivers and doesn't get rid of the ball when he is pressured. I honestly can't find a strong point in his abilities. Was he overrated coming out of high school, or has the coaching at UofL ruined him?

Highly rated because of his strong arm and impressive size and athleticism. Was clearly much more talented than most of his high school competitors. But once you get to college, everyone out there Is a great athlete. You end up being better than everyone else at the college level by outworking everyone else.

It’s pretty obvious from his lack of preparation that he did not put in the work in the offseason.

And yes, that’s on the QB coach for allowing him to coast.

I’m watching this and just can’t help but go back to the game 2 years ago. We win that game, we likely win the ACC and go to the CFP.

Yes, we lost to Houston and UK to end that regular season, but for each of those games we have a completely different mindset, because we’re playlng for a national championship instead of the Orange Bowl.

We win that game, and maybe the #8 kid for Clemson (#1 player from state of Alabama) is wearing Cardinal red.

We were THAT close.

It could turn out to be a historic game after all. It's looking like the Cards might just get handed their worst point loss ever.

Good job Bobby! You're freaking awesome. :(

Clearly, Cunningham has better football skills and instincts, as well as athleticism.

One of the announcers said they asked Bobby if he had planned to play Cunningham today and he replied “probably not” or something to that effect. Shows how out of touch he is with this team.

He’s not a robot. Puma just failed to execute. Nothing to do with coaching.

You’ve got to understand the down and distance there.... with 2nd and very long to go, the defense is going to be playing very soft coverage. You have to know that underthrowing the ball is the only option, because that’s the only place the defense is guaranteed not to be.

And yes, that’s poor QB coaching.
