Sorry, I'm a bit slow with this stuff. Doesn't a "7 man rotation" mean that they only played 7 men? If there was an 8th player for Wisconsin with 13 minutes, isn't that an 8-man rotation? Isn't a rotation defined by the total number of players seeing the floor?

i generally don't consider guys who are in for less than 6 min a half as part of the rotation - they're minutes are generally only meaningful to get major minutes guys rest vs. making an impact in the game. to me that is around 15 minutes but this is certainly not scientific just my opinion.

doesn't matter for my purposes - there is a small part of this part that harps on collins playing the main NU guys too much. i pointed out this is a fallacy and that collins doesn't play guys anymore than others programs (who arguably have more talent and depth) and that most coaches play their best 2-3 guys 35 min a game. i was told that was untrue - so now post the minutes for each game in the conference

I have not seen that poster reply since presented with the facts. But the data is very interesting.

OSU - 8 man - 36, 32, 30, 26, 20, 19, 16, 16 (thats a nice rotation if you can get production)
IU - 7 man - 38, 35, 29, 27, 24, 24, 17
