2:54AM on a Thursday morning. I agree he needs at least a year suspension from the team!https://scsapps.unl.edu/policereports/IncidentDetails.aspx?id=15002123

I have no doubt MR will handle this the right way. I'd also be interested to see how Keith Williams responds, if he does at all.

Dumb law.
He knew the laws in NE...NCAA policy....and UNL policy regarding pot. He has twice chosen pot over getting a free education and playing football at the college level. Unfortunate.....many young men would love the opportunity.
Unfortunately he evidently is not bright enough to not get caught. Been smoking pot for quite some time and have never once been caught. Honestly I'd rather have the kid smoking weed than drinking legal alcohol.
They should have made brownies. When the police stop a vehicle at 3AM with smoke billowing out the windows, that smells like "burning rope", and they see a glass pipe on the seat, they are sure to think "narcotics" are involved. If the young people had been sitting there eating brownies, the police would have thought they were just enjoying a wholesome, early-morning snack.
Liberty hater. When you can't kick a habit, blame the law. Nothing like a little responsibility!
