Video has strong language.

So basically Milo Yiannapopolous was scheduled to speak at UC Davis last night. The leftist fascist students who ironically call Milo a fascist got violent as usual and the event had to be cancelled. n this video you see limp wristed, neck bearded men, and smelly unattractive women behaving like like caged animals.

He doesn't have a right to speak boomer? Why can't people hear him out and decide for themselves if he is or not? The most effective antidote to him if he is a racist is to ignore him...let him speak before an empty stage...but let him speak!

Tell me, how would you describe the people yelling epithets, pushing, shoving, and spitting into the camera operator's face? Tolerant & compassionate?

That's how we debate or hear each other out?

Milo is a gay conservative just in case you weren't for sure. He's in a relationship with a black guy. Boomboom didn't tell you that part.

And that tweet is not from Milo so you failed.
That was the tweet the caused the angry reaction from Jones. Milo jumped on her for being offended by it. He went as far as calling her barely literate.
Country is right: Milo seeks reaction to stir up social unrest. He then uses that unrest to define the failings of the liberal community. He creates problems, then attacks how people choose to deal with the problems. The guy is aggressive (no doubt). And he is racist, in my opinion, because he supports racist attitudes: such as with the above tweet.

I agree, and I wouldn't block him. I'm not responsible for student safety however. These protests are what he is seeking, it's his strategy for attacking the liberal community. I'd let him speak, because I see what he seeks to do.....but I don't think his bs, phony strategy is anything that should be taught or appreciated. I even struggle with the protecting of it.

Huh? He is in a relationship with a black man. Have you seen him speak? He's like liberachi gay.

Aggressive? Hahahahahaha
Racist? Hahahahha
Making someone feel like they should accept the tweet above, I think that's aggressive and yes racist. Attacks on America or Christianity wouldn't be tolerated. And those that do attack them are considered to be aggressive. And those that say those attacks should be tolerated are seen as anti-Christian or anti-American, whether they are or not.

We are not in agreement, and I don't know enough about the Harambe/Leslie Jones thing to comment on it, though I doubt very seriously if you are capturing it accurately, completely, and without bias.

Oh no...I'm biased as hell. I think the alt-right movement is seeking radical changes that support racist attitudes. I am liberal, and so I am automatically confrontational when I see such aggressive ant-liberal tactics. Again....I'd let him speak because it's what liberal thinkers would do, but I understand the backlash. He seeks this backlash. Racism, to me, is anti-tolerance and pro-division. He seeks that, and justifies his actions because he likes to $&@% black guys (he said almost that same thing in pretty sure). It's alt - right, and designed. He's not a voice of reason.

Identity politics is by definition pro-division, ding dong. Don't confuse accountability as anti-tolerance just as I caution those on the right to not confuse assessments of contributing factors as an attempt to sidestep accountability. I fully acknowledge on both the right and left there is intollerance and an attempt and a lack of accountability.

That I can agree with. By using the word racist I am guilty of the same that I am against. It's more the anti-Muslim sentiments that I use to identify Milo as a racist. It's interesting because many of the alt Right movement seek to create a conflict in order to force division. It's like the fights outside the football game in high school..."I don't want to fight, but I'm not on their side", so to blows I go. You're just as guilty aren't you? In the liberal - conservative brawl?

It would be nice if there wasn't a brawl at all. And differences were settled over cornhole or beer pong outside the game. The drunkest team compromises more, but everybody gets a little buzzed and a little happier. Milo wants a brawl....clear as day. And student safety has to be considered sometimes.

Also, the washington post article makes it look like Milo made that comment in defense of the racist comment. In reality, Milo did not acknowledge that tweet but you believe everything you read like the racist that you are.

To me, you just defined yourself as judgemental and foolish. I am liberal (I have attitudes that are defined as liberal) so I'm automatically confrontational (not wanting to see someone like Milo speak on campus) when I see such aggressive anti-liberal tactics (causing confrontations to force side taking). I see racism (defining people as groups determined by their race - which Milo does esp regarding Muslims) as anti-tolerance (confrontational) and pro-division (forcing sides).

Although my tendency is to take a side - I try not to.....Milo tries to force that side to be taken. He's very good at it too. And the alt-right is good at what they do as well.

He made fun of her reaction to the tweet, he also faked postsmaking it look like she was doing and saying things she wasn't. I think the Washington Post is credible.....many conservatives on here have posted it as a reference. But I guess when it doesn't fit your narrative....it's fake....but when it does....it's balanced journalism.

I sure am judgemental....but I used your criteria to label you.

I'm tolerant of a lot more than I used to be, less prone to creating division than I used to be, and certainly less prone to see race as I used to be.....but I've got more distance to cover to be sure.

I've become less tolerant since joining this board. But as you have maybe noticed, I don't try anymore to engage in any meaningful debate since I have found it to be a useless endeavor. I mostly only deal in sarcasm, hypocritical posters and stirring things up.

And honesty, that's good at least. I like getting slapped around on here. But not by the hypocrites...I don't think your one with a post like that
