Nobody will make a trade like that unless they’re positive the guy they want will still be on the board when their selection spot rolls around. At this point, only the #1 overall fits that. It’d be nuts to trade up to #10 two days before the draft and assume Sanders will be there. OTOH, I’m sure every team, Steelers included, has already had discussions about conditional trades and what it would take to move up to any given selection spot. If the player they want it still available, the involved teams will pull the trigger.
