Anyone else tired of the talk surrounding Duke basketball right now? I am only interested in watching our guys compete. Let's get past the statistics and injury analysis. Let's see some basketball.

We lose? Fine, I guess we need to play better.

We win? Fine, let's win by more next time.

Coaches, players and fans are in our own heads (looking at you Jack White). Let's get back to having fun.

My basketball analysis is as spot-on as Jack's current jump shooting.

OMG.....it seems like we can't ever get through a season without dealing with this injury crap. When Cam hit the floor against Tech, there was zero doubt in my mind that he was hurt

Tre Jones is #3 in the country in assist to turnover ratio (4.06) - When the global flood occurred Noah was unable to save basketball statistics on his arc so as of 2300BC there is no college basketball player in history according to quantum physics more powerful than Zion and so Jack has missed his last 26 3PT attempts and 26% season average. So 2300BC divided by 26 attempts is 88% divided by his 4.04 ast/to ratio is 22% and 22% + 26% = 48% so if Zion sets a screen for Jack and Tre passes the ball to Jack, he has a 48% chance of making the shot.

If we do this every play, we won’t lose and Jack will be valuable again because science and math say so. Thoughts?

Worked from home one day last week and had tv on in background, never realized how terrible those afternoon sports shows are. The Zion, NFL, MLB & NBA talk was completely pointless. Just yelling and no insight.

I'll wrap this up, without Zion, no chance for a ship'. Zion returns, sky's the limit.
The one scenario where I could see us pulling it out without Zanos is: RJ and Cam go on some kind of crazy shooting streak. We still have plenty of athletes and a great PG without Zion. We have a great in-game coaching staff. If we continue to shoot like crap half the time, I think you're right.

Love your optimism Denver, but no chance without Zion. Playing without him should have put to rest who the most important piece to Duke's success is.

Dude, if he comes back as “Zanos” then I’m worried:

- Duke medicine has gone too far, now turning players into medieval gods
- no one else here better say a bad word about Zion, I mean Zanos, or you’ll suffer a calamity that’ll make the Plague look like a mild cold

I remember when Zion committed and we viewed him just as a nice luxury since we already had Cam and RJ.

I get where you're coming from, but I honestly don't think I've ever wanted a commit from anyone like I did Zion. I wanted him at Duke BAD. The thing was, I thought we had literally a zero percent chance. Zero!
I'm actually kind of glad I felt that way too because when I saw that Duke hat, I went NUTS!!! I was really thinking Clemson, KU, or uk. when he said Duke, my wife and dog thought I was losing my mind!!
