The staff is too passive - both in game planning, attitude, and handling players (TA). How many times do they tell him to throw correctly and not use his usual slop techniques? Do they? If so, and he ignores them again and again, they have to do something about it. They might say he is their best chance to win, but not if he plays like that. 2-4 and his completions are mainly jump balls. Speaking of balls, get some Riley and co.
