Seem like little to no momentum for Kinney to UK. We shall see.
Seems like we are giving off a much more "eggs in the Rippey basket" vibe at the moment like we know Kinney isn't going to come here. Just a feeling. While I do like Rippey better for Pope's style, I can't root against us landing an in state top 15 kid either.
Down to 8 schools?

He is going to Louisville. Very close friends with people all around him and those who run the NIL there.

I think Kinney will go to UofL or Arkansas. I think the staff are all in for Rippey.
Jerry Tipton is one of the most hated people in the history of the program. He spent his entire 41 year career covering UK Basketball, trying to irritate, and piss off every fan, player, and coach. He was at least successful at this.
He always despised our great State. He was a smug, holier than now, irritating outsider, who thought our entire fanbase was beneath his ”superior intelligence“.

It’d be cool to see 3 legit RD1 superstar instate players starting in Tay. Jasper and Stokes with Moreno the backup big playing big mins and a legit 2RD talent. It’d be really cool to see those 4 plus Noah on the floor at certain times of the game.
