Rebecca Lobo is an independent thinker when it comes to Iowa. Lobo ranked Iowa # 12 in the pre-season AP Poll, which was higher than any other AP voter, and only 1 of 2 voters to rank Iowa north of 18 in the pre-season poll. This week, Lobo ranks Iowa # 11, which is the lowest of the 31 AP voters who voted this week.
