Boys track title, boys tennis doubles champs, semi-finals in football.The boys' basketball team reached the 4A Normal (ISU) Super-Sectional. Edwardsville boys and girls soccer, boys volleyball, wrestling and boys and girls cross country all won regionals in ‘17, while boys tennis nabbed a sectional crown.

The Tiger girls volleyball team also reached the 4A Normal Community West Super-Sectional in ‘17.

Both the girls' basketball team and the boys' baseball team played in Class 4A state championship games but both came up just short. Eville senior Bailey Grinter won the 100-yard backstroke state title and then took her swimming skills to Tennessee.

The Loyola boys and girls basketball teams each won Class 4A regional titles, the first for both programs since 2014.

The Loyola girls hockey team followed up its 2016 state title with a runner-up finish, losing to Glenbrook South 7-3 on March 17 at the United Center.

Getting points from multiple athletes and events, the Loyola boys track and field team finished first in the Catholic League’s conference meet May 13 for the fourth season in a row.

The Loyola girls soccer team overcame a halftime deficit on its home field to beat Maine South 2-1 on penalty kicks in the Class 3A regional final - 9th in a row.

Loyola girls lacrosse team won its ninth consecutive state championship with a 15-9 win over New Trier.

Boys lacrosse finished second in state

The Loyola boys golf team made history by becoming the first to win a regional and sectional title in the same season. The Ramblers finished fifth at the Class 3A state tournament at The Den at Fox Creek Golf Course in Bloomington.

Loyola football finished 12-2 and captured the Catholic Blue championship with a 4-0 league record and finished 2nd in 8A.

Not any state placers, our kids did well consistently throughout..

Last winter, girls basketball finished 26-2 and boys basketball was 16-10

In the spring, girls soccer and baseball advanced to sectional final.. softball also advanced to sectional...

This fall, football advanced to quarters, boys soccer lost in regional title and both cross country teams made it to Peoria..

Conference titles in football, baseball, softball, girls basketball, boys soccer, girls soccer.. no sport finished below .500
