I read that a group of Dem senators may join the republicans to override the filibuster and confirm with the promise that republicans dont vote to end filibuster on nominees.

Very bad move. Looks (and is) petty. The guy is a good pick, qualified....confirm and be BETTER than the Republicans were when Obama put up his nominee. This is obvious lack of real leadership
