A great event put on by Top Gun every year sorry I was out of town. Here is the list
TOP GUN Football hosted #TopGun7v7Chicago2016 last week - where 26 teams from four states and two countries participated in a two-day, 64-game, national-qualifying 7v7 high school club tournament. This event returned to Canlan Sportsplex in Lake Barrington, IL, for the 2nd-consecutive year, and attracted more than 1,500 attendees.
The final four teams (Midwest Boom Black, Midwest Boom St. Louis, HEROH Grey and Midwest Boom Purple) qualified for the 50th-annual AAU Junior Olympic Games in Houston, TX, while the champions (Midwest Boom Black) also qualified for PYLON Nationals at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, TX. These tournaments are scheduled for July 2016.
TOP GUN Football and its sponsors (Partners Wealth Management, PassBack Sports, Postgame LLC, PYLON Elite Camps, The Process, and Terri Lynn) launched an inaugural All-Tourney Team (attached) with a 64-man squad - one for each win in the tourney. This squad is represented by athletes from six states and two countries, as well as 20 of the 26 teams in the tournament.
Special thanks goes out to all of the athletes, coaches, families, officials, sponsors and volunteers that made #TopGun7v7Chicago2016 such a successful event. TOP GUN Football now shifts gears from Chicago to Denver, where it will host#TopGun7v7Denver2016 on May 22nd, 2016. TOP GUN also looks forward to hosting its third-annual Chicago event (#TopGun7v7Chicago2017) at Canlan Sportsplex on March 18th & 19th, 2017 - mark your calendars now!
