Now Geno off the ice and in the lockerroom in the first 2 minutes

Took a hit by Chris Kelly which didn't appear that major.......could have a shoulder injury (or possibly a leg, which may have caught in the ice as he fell).

Oh man...hoping this Malkin injury is minor too! I heard lower body?

Didn't get the feed for this one which surprises me as it was an afternoon faceoff, figured Rogers or CBC would have picked it up...and as I figured without Sid our faceoff stats would suffer...something tells me we aren't catching the blasted Rangers now, unless these injuries are fairly minor and we catch a bit of luck...they're lucky enough to face the Sabres tomorrow and are 3 pts up on us...How did Spaling look? I heard he rang one off the post?

Crosby's scratch seems to be an illness rather than an injury. I hope Geno is not out long. Greiss played well, although the lone goal he allowed looked rather soft. Pens need Kunitz playing at a higher level. He had about three excellent scoring chances against Bruins and whiffed on all of them..

Did you read about the blood problem that Kunitz has been fighting this season ?? May have much to do with his loss of productivity in 2014-15.
