Are there any other transfer prospects if Mooney chooses to go to Texas Tech or Creighton?

P.S.
Hopefully this post is rendered moot in a day or so if Mooney chooses NU.

NU has not been connected with any other top transfers. Other names have been floated around on this board (a Stanford grad transfer PG, for one), but I wonder how much effort Collins will be willing to expend on any one-year player who wouldn’t surpass Ash on the depth chart, versus focusing all his staff’s effort on starting to fill the 2019 freshman class.

All-in on Mooney.

Ash is coming off an injury and is not a true PG. If there are other true PGs available, then I would try to use the 13th scholarship on a 5th year grad transfer, if Mooney chooses another school. Mooney may also not be a true PG, but he has a lot more experience creating offense and being on the floor than JA. Otherwise, you are expecting a true frosh who may be capable but from all reports would have to play 25-30 mpg. There may be some off nights with a true frosh in that role and you also have to factor in the injury possibility with a player like JA coming off some sort of injury (knee).

A true PG would probably surpass Ash for LG. Fact is that while Ash provided D and other things, as a PG or LG, offense tended to stagnate

I'm hoping more for a Moon(ey) Landing.

You mean one completely faked on an NU theater department stage and broadcast to world? And if it is one small step for NUMB and one large step for the NU community, is it still travelling? I have so many questions.
